Policies

Cancellation Fees.  We require a 24 hour notice for all appointment cancellations.  Cancellations less than 24 hrs and no shows will be charged 100% of fee.  72 hours is required for 3 or more services.  Groups of 3 or more require a 5 day notice.

No refunds. This includes product purchases and any deposits on services, parties or events. Store credit may be allowed.

Reservations.  Reservations for all sessions are necessary.  Same day service is possible but allow several days in order to ensure availability.

Credit card is required to hold reservations, or prepayment.

Late Arrivals.  We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extended session and will be responsible for full service fees.

Wellness.  The Nurture Nook is a smoke free environment.  Cell phones must be kept turned off in the spa.  Kindly arrive clean to ensure a healthier treatment.

Note.  All application of services may be subject to change at discretion or need of management. Quality, delivery and results will still not be affected by such changes.

Children: Please do not bring children to the Spa unless they are having a service.  We do not have accommodations for children.  Thank you.

Gift Certificate. If you have one, simply call to schedule an appointment for your visit.
